silvercards:

WHOOPS I BECAME INACTIVE.

MY BAD.

Let me just post this to abate my inactivity and promise to anyone who cares that I will try my best to get back into the swing of roleplaying either tonight or sometime during this weekend. Stress levels have been somewhat high these past couple of weeks, partly due to my personality and partly due to the fact that there are actually a lot of things I’ve had to, and still have to do.

Plus it’s winter and it’s really cooooold D:

But if anyone wants to help me settle back into roleplaying and stuff (hint hint) send me an ask or something. ^_^

OH LOOK

This account is even more inactive

Let me crawl into a corner and lament.

riku-dpbf:

[[Lol we need detail, it’s our friend! :P]]

“Hah … uh?!” breathed Riku whilst being jumped by the overjoyed friend. Riku was shocked. “Still not a morning person hey? Haha, you haven’t changed, still as happy as ever!” He laughed. He placed his hand on Sora’s back to hug him in return.

The boy had never hugged Sora, never hugged anyone other than Kairi. This strange warmth and sense of security was somewhat uncomfortable in a way he enjoyed. He was closer to his friend now and he was content.

“Oh, I … made, well, sorta made this for you. Y’know, for your keyblade.” The boy, usually void of emotion was gleaming with joy and blushes. He held out his hand to reveal a ping pong ball sized gemstone, cracked down the centre with a purple heart on it. Riku had put strong but thread like cable around it to attach it to the chain.

“It’s a bit messy but I put some magic in it, It can find me wherever I am.” Riku looked as if he had given him his heart on a chain (well, he almost had) and just put his hand behind his head and nervously laughed.

[[Sorry the gift is cliché but it’s fitting as they always lose each other :P]]

Sora laughed into his friend’s shoulder. “Some things never change!” He eventually released his grip, his smile brighter than it had been in a while, which was actually quite an achievement, considering the boy’s naturally sunny disposition.

Despite his earlier fatigue, Sora was now wide awake, and happier for it. Riku was here, and that was worth more than sleeping in. For now, at least, since they hadn’t seen each other in such a long time.

“Riku, you made me a keychain?!” his voice was filled with pleasant surprise and happiness; so much that he felt like he could cry for joy. He was immediately awed by the gift. No matter what Riku thought of his own handiwork didn’t matter. To Sora, it was perfect. Just like that, the best friends were together again, and by the sounds of things, they wouldn’t be too far apart again, either. At least not for very long.

He took the stone into his hand, still gazing at it with wider-than-usual cerulean eyes. His breath suddenly caught in his throat in all his elation, and he couldn’t help but wail “Riiikuuuu!” and once again throw his arms around the older boy.

Sometimes, he could be a complete sap.

[[It’s-it’s so peeerrffeeeeect!!! /gross sobbing of JOY]]

kairis-destiny:

As the two walked towards her house Kairi put her arm through Sora’s and continued walking. “Yes! Riku is here” she said still smiling, the joy she felt to finally be so close to him after so long was hard to explain. Sora and Riku what are the chances she could finally get to see both of them. “Actually he arrived a couple weeks ago, so I’m glad you two haven’t missed each other. He is probably at home now. After we get dried off how about we visit him? I’m sure he will be ecstatic to see you … or not, I bet he will get mad at you for being gone for so long and seem unhappy but secretly we know he is pleased” she said with a little wink. If you didn’t know Riku as well as Sora and Kairi did he was a little hard to read. The boy hardly possessed an expression on his face, and he was a rather stoic character. But he had a heart that cared for his friends, and do anything do anything in his power to protect them.

Kairi’s house wasn’t to far away from the beach, the two walked in through the door and she unlinked there arms as walked a bit in front. “Hello?” Kairi said, but no answer was received back “Guess it’s just you and me” she said turning around to face Sora, “Now how about we get some towels and dry ourselves off?”

The girl walked into the bathroom and brought back two towels one for each of them, and just as always the two instinctively moved towards the kitchen. “I bet you are hungry” Kairi said as she put the towel on her head and tried to dry off her hair. “Anything you would like to eat?”

Sora was a little surprised as Kairi put her arm through his, but did his best to hide it. It didn’t last long, anyway; he was too ecstatic about finally being back and just thinking about the prospect of the three of them being together again was enough to make him shake with excitement and anticipation — then again, it could have just been the combination of an oddly cool wind and the fact that he was soaking wet.

“That sounds good!” he said enthusiastically, in reply to Kairi’s suggestion. He gave a somewhat nervous, yet good-natured chuckle at her next words. “Yeah, probably, but it doesn’t matter so much, right?” He grinned mischievously. “We both know what he really thinks~.” No one on the island knew either Sora, Kairi or Riku as well as they knew each other. Except perhaps their parents, or in Kairi’s case, adoptive parents. Currently, however, Sora tried not to think about his parents too much. In fact, he hadn’t seen them since the night he’d first left. Who knew how they’d react to his sudden reappearance? How would he explain to them what he’d been doing in the past couple of years? What he still needed to do? He frowned slightly, so deep in thought that wouldn’t have noticed when they finally arrived at Kairi’s house if not for the change in scenery.

If he was honest with himself, he was somewhat relieved that no one else was home. Kairi was the first person on the island to see him in almost two years, and for the sake of sentimentality, he wanted Riku to be the second. It seemed fitting.

He scrubbed at his hair and clothes with the towel Kairi handed him. His hair was slightly flatter for a split second after he finished drying it, before it sprang back into its usual spikes.

“Hungry? Kairi, I’m always hungry,” he perked up a little. “What’ve you got?”
